Denise Durrell Aubin
Founder
Denise Durrell Aubin, founder of Aria Design Collective, has 35 years of experience in design and sales.
Denise, a graduate of University of Oregon Architecture and Allied Arts, Interior Architecture in 1990, began her career as an Interior Designer at ZGF and Lead Interior Designer at Yost Grube Hall Architecture in Portland, Oregon. Her award winning designs and work ethic quickly elevated her to become a shareholder of the firm. As a shareholder she led teams to collaborate across all disciplines to bring cohesive design.
Denise represented Designtex for 15 years serving Oregon, Alaska and Hawaii as a Sales Representative. She is very proud of her employment with Designtex as she grew the business in her territory to one of the largest producers in the country. She repeatedly was awarded by Designtex as a top producer in the company.
In 2017 Aria Design Collective was established. The collective consists of high quality products for the hospitality, commercial and residential design industry. Our core value is service to the design community. Denise's passion for design and uniquely collaborating with designers helped her conceive Aria Design Collective.
She has served as President for IIDA, Oregon in 2013, and on the board from 2012-2015. She is currently a member of NEWH ,IIDA and ASID. She currently serves on the board for NEWH Northwest Chapter as Programming Director.
Denise enjoys her three children, husband and dog on the weekend. She's a fan of the Portland Timbers, enjoys playing pickle ball, skiing, paddle boarding, hiking and spending weekends at the mountain with friends and family.
Kristen Gilchrist

Kristen Gilchrist, sales associate for Aria Design Collective
Kristen has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science and Sustainability from Portland State University. She has been a Representative and Business Development Director across the US for Viridian Wood for the past 10 years.
Her favorite part about being a representative is building relationships and takes pride in serving the Oregon design market. Kristen’s work ethic and drive to serve sets her apart from the rest. She is an amazing addition to Aria Design Collective.
Kristen lives in a floating home on the Columbia River with her husband and two rescue dogs. She’s a huge animal lover and fosters dogs whenever she can. In her free time she enjoys fishing, cooking, traveling and wine.
